There was excitement and gratitude across communities in the Saki axis of Oyo State as the A3 Foundation, a humanitarian organisation founded by Hajia Aishat Aliyu Adeleke, provided free medical services to over 1,000 residents of Saki West, Saki East, and Atisbo Local Government Areas.
The three-day outreach, which coincided with the founder’s birthday, brought much-needed healthcare support to rural dwellers through free consultations, medical check-ups, and drug distribution.
The outreach, which commenced on October 6, 2025, at Irawo in Atisbo Local Government, continued on October 7 at Ogbooro in Saki East, and concluded on October 8 in Saki West a date that also coincided with the birthday of the founder, Hajia Aishat Aliyu Adeleke in collaboration with the College of Nursing Sciences, Muslim Medical Foundation, Saki, and Alsafurah Medical Hospital, the programme offered free consultations, medical check-ups, drugs, and treatment for various ailments to residents of the three local governments.
Beneficiaries across Saki West, Saki East, and Atisbo expressed heartfelt gratitude to the A3 Foundation and its founder for bringing free healthcare services to their doorsteps. Many described the initiative as timely and impactful, particularly for those who could not afford hospital visits.
Speaking on the initiative, Hajia Aishat Aliyu Adeleke said the outreach was part of the foundation’s commitment to improving access to quality healthcare, especially for people in underserved communities.
“We are grateful to Almighty Allah for the success of this programme and to our partners for their collaboration. Seeing people troop out in large numbers to benefit from this outreach gives me great joy,” she said.
Hajia Aishat also commended the volunteers of A3 Foundation for their selfless service and dedication, noting that their teamwork played a crucial role in the success of the exercise. She reaffirmed the foundation’s resolve to continue prioritising humanitarian interventions that address the health needs of rural dwellers.
She further appreciated the people of Saki West, Saki East, and Atisbo for their hospitality and support, assuring them of the foundation’s plans to sustain and expand its outreach programmes.
“This is just the beginning. We will continue to serve humanity and extend our reach beyond these communities,” she added.
The outreach featured medical screenings, free drug distribution, food packages, and sensitisation on preventive healthcare practices.
