Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has approved the appointment of 45 new Permanent Secretaries and three Executive Secretary in the State Public Service.
Among the list is Mr. Rotimi Babalola, Director, Press and Public Relations, Oyo State Ministry of Information and Orientation and UNICEF Programme Director.
The announcement was signed by the Head of Service, Mrs. Olubunmi Oni.
