Lucy Likeh, a 28-year-old nurse employed by a private organization at MKK Plaza in Jabi, Abuja, has gone missing after visiting Zuba Park in the Federal Capital Territory to send a parcel to a friend.
The nurse, who was last seen on Friday, was wearing a black tracksuit, a black-and-white chiffon shirt, and a fez cap. Since her visit to the park, her whereabouts have remained unknown, and her mobile phone has been switched off.
Confirming the incident, Likeh’s brother-in-law, Shadrach Obi, revealed that he had reported her disappearance to two police stations in the FCT.
“She’s my wife’s younger sister, and she hasn’t been found yet. As I speak to you now, I am on my way to the FCT Police Command. I have already reported the matter to the police station around where she works, as well as to the Zuba Police Station, which covers the area where she went on Friday,” Obi explained.
“But those efforts have not yielded any results yet, so today, I am going to the command to make a further report.”
Obi had previously shared a missing person notice on social media, confirming that Likeh had reached Zuba Park and successfully sent the parcel, which was received by her friend in Minna, Niger State.
“My wife’s younger sister, who stays with us, is missing. She’s a nurse working at MKK Plaza in Jabi. She chatted with my wife on Friday evening, saying she would go to Zuba Park after work to send a parcel to a friend in Minna. Since then, we have not seen her, and her phone has been switched off,” Obi wrote.
He added, “It was confirmed that she actually got to Zuba and sent the parcel because the receiver has been contacted by us.
We have reported the matter to the police stations in Utako and Zuba, and I want to share this information here in case anyone has useful information. Please contact me: Obi Shedrach Azuka at 08035545578 or the nearest police station.”
According to the details provided, Lucy Likeh is of slim build, average height, and has a chocolate complexion.
