The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors Forum (PDP-GF) has directed all feuding members of the party to return to the status quo in a bid to resolve internal disputes.
Bala Mohammed, the Chairman of the forum and Governor of Bauchi State, issued this directive following a meeting of the governors that concluded early Tuesday morning.
Mohammed acknowledged that, as a political party, the PDP was bound to experience disagreements among its members but emphasized that these issues could always be resolved.
He stated, “There is no crisis. The Governors, BoT, and the National Assembly caucus have agreed that the NWC should revert to status quo.”
Additionally, Mohammed confirmed that all recent suspensions within the party have been nullified.
