APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje praised the reforms introduced by President Bola Tinubu’s administration, stating they will elevate Nigeria to the next level of development.
Ganduje made these comments on Friday in Abuja during a visit from the Forum of Local Government Area Chairmen to the APC’s National Working Committee. The former Kano governor highlighted that the Tinubu administration’s reforms and policies would lead the country to greatness.
He emphasized that the party’s leadership deeply values its local government chairpersons, acknowledging them as critical foot soldiers.
Mr. Ganduje pointed out that the APC holds the highest number of local government areas and states in the federation due to its strong grassroots presence. “We understand the challenges you face from party followers, especially during elections and primaries. We recognize your difficulties and consider you our foot soldiers, greatly appreciating your efforts,” he said.
Mr. Ganduje continued, “Mr. Tinubu is a great leader, bold enough to make decisions that previous administrations could not. Soon, you will witness the positive effects of his reforms, with our refineries producing abundant fuel.
“Globally, the narrative is shifting towards alternative energy, and CNG vehicles will soon be available, making transportation cheaper. The Tinubu-led administration’s reforms will propel Nigeria to the next level.” Earlier, Norbert Sochukwudinma, the forum’s national secretary, led the delegation and expressed the party’s unwavering loyalty to Mr. Ganduje and the NWC.
