Joseph Aloba, the father of the late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has made a public appeal for any woman who may have a child with his late son to come forward.
In a viral video message, Joseph Aloba expressed his desire to confirm if Mohbad had fathered any children during his lifetime.
He stated, “Any woman on earth that has a child for Mohbad should please come out now. It will be a great joy for me to finally know that my son Mohbad left a child behind and to see my grandchild. All we need to do is conduct a DNA test.”
This call comes amid ongoing controversy involving Mohbad’s widow, Wunmi, whom Joseph Aloba has been urging to undergo a DNA test to confirm the paternity of her son, Liam, who is purportedly fathered by Mohbad.
Wunmi’s refusal to consent to the DNA test has reportedly strained the relationship between the two families.
