The ultra-modern palace of the Olubadan of Ibadanland will be officially commissioned on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

This announcement was made by Kola Olomide, the Publicity Secretary of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII), in a statement today.

Olomide highlighted that the CCII spearheaded the completion of the Olubadan palace located at Oke Aremo in Ibadan.

He stated that the palace is ready for the new Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Akinloye Olakulehin.

“On behalf of the President General of the CCII, I am honored to announce that everything is set for the inauguration of the new palace.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to this achievement.

Special thanks go to the Oyo State Governor, Engineer Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, FNSE, who is expected to be the Special Guest of Honor at this historic event,” Olomide said.
