Aba-based NPFL side, Enyimba FC have unveiled ex-Super Eagles forward Brown Ideye, to bolster its attacking options for the remainder of the season.

The news of the unveiling was shared on the club’s social media pages.

Ideye, was part of the Super Eagles squad that won the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, and would be expected to bring his wealth of experience from playing across Europe to the Aba giants.

The club, in a statement, expressed delight at securing the striker.

It reads, “We are delighted to officially announce the addition of former Super Eagles Striker, Brown Ideye to our fold.

We are expectant of the experience and professionalism he will add to our game/quest in our remaining games, this season especially under the New Gaffer.”

Ideye, 36, has played for clubs like West Bromwich Albion in the English Premier League, Greek side Olympiacos, Dynamo Kiev, among other top sides.
