Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu today launched the new Electronic Physical Planning Process System, a platform that will move Lagos’ land administration and physical planning fully into the digital age.
At the event held at the Royal Box Event Centre, Victoria Island, Governor Sanwo-Olu said it was obvious that the old method had become obsolete, hence the need for the new system.
“As our city grows, the old methods can’t keep up. This new system will make applications faster, clearer, and less vulnerable to interference, while giving us better data to plan a safer and more organised Lagos.
“We’ve equipped our planning officers with updated digital tools to support this shift. It aligns with our THEMES+ Agenda and supports President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope vision for a more efficient, technology-driven government.
“I encourage developers, professionals, and residents to take full advantage of this platform as we continue building a Lagos that works better for all,” the Governor said.
