Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, on Wednesday commissioned the Isiaka Adeleke Leadership Resource Centre at Adeleke University.

The facility was donated by Hon. Bamidele Salam, who represents Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo Federal Constituency.
Speaking at the event, Governor Adeleke paid tribute to his late brother and Osun’s first civilian governor, Senator Isiaka Adeleke, describing him as a champion of equality, inclusive governance, and people-centered leadership.
“He detested discrimination of any kind and saw all people as equal whether artisan or elite,” the governor said. “This centre is a deserved tribute to a legacy of open and compassionate leadership.”
Hon. Salam said the centre was built to preserve Senator Adeleke’s enduring legacy. “No monument can fully capture the lives he touched,” he noted.
“This centre is a small token to honor a leader who embodied patience, compassion, and service.”
The newly commissioned centre includes a gallery and lecture hall, with plans to offer leadership training for students at Adeleke University.
